Adaptive Macro Coach for iPhone
Macros that move with you.
Dial turns your goal into a plan that adapts every week — to your real metabolism, your real schedule, your real life. Every check-in is a signal. Dial adapts.

A coach, not a calculator.
Most macro apps hand you a static number in week one and never look back. Dial is built around one idea: your plan should learn from you.
Phases, not diets
Tell Dial what you're doing in plain language — "a four-week mini cut," "maintain through vacation" — and it becomes a time-boxed phase with daily protein, carb, and fat targets. When the phase ends, your plan reverts cleanly to baseline. No permanent restriction, no all-or-nothing thinking, no plan that outlives its purpose.
Targets that learn
Your weigh-ins and check-ins feed a weekly adaptation loop that reads your actual weight trend — not a formula's one-time guess. If your body changes, your daily ranges change with it, and Dial explains the adjustment in plain language so you always know why the plan moved.
Private by design
Your food logs, weight, and health data live on your iPhone and in your own iCloud — never on our servers. No third-party analytics, no tracking SDKs, no ads. We can't see your data, and we built it that way on purpose. Even this website loads nothing from third parties.
How Dial works
01
Say your goal
In your own words. Dial turns it into a safe, time-boxed plan with daily protein, carb, and fat ranges.
02
Check in, not track
Log meals by search, barcode, or a quick sentence. Weigh in when you can. Every check-in is a signal.
03
Dial adapts
Each week it reads your real trend and adjusts your ranges — and tells you the one next move that matters.
04
Finish, then maintain
Phases end on schedule and revert to baseline. Guardrails are enforced in code — never below safe floors.
About Singul Labs
Singul Labs LLC is an independent software company building Dial, an adaptive macro coach for iPhone. We started Dial after years of watching macro tracking fail the people it's supposed to help: static targets, guilt-driven streaks, and spreadsheets pretending to be coaches.
We're building the opposite — a private, adaptive system that treats every check-in as a signal instead of a judgment, with safety limits enforced in code and health data that never leaves your device.
Dial is currently in development and will launch on the App Store. For partnership, press, or anything else: hello@singul.app
