Privacy Policy
Dial is built so that we cannot see your health data. This policy explains what that means in practice — for the Dial iOS app (currently in development) and for this website.
What stays on your device
Your food logs, weight entries, HealthKit data, goals, and coaching history are stored on your iPhone and, if you enable iCloud, in your personal iCloud account encrypted by Apple. Singul Labs LLC operates no server that stores this data. A database breach on our side cannot expose your food logs or weight history, because they are not there.
What the app will collect
- Account: your Apple sign-in identifier and subscription status. Dial uses Sign in with Apple only — we never see or store a password.
- Diagnostics: anonymous event names (for example, "meal logged" — never the contents) to keep the app reliable. These are never paired with your health data.
What we never do
- No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. No advertising. No sale of data, ever.
- We never log food entries, weights, or health values on our servers.
- HealthKit data is used only inside the app, per Apple's HealthKit guidelines, and is never used for marketing or shared with third parties.
This website
dialcoach.ai sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party resources. If you email us, we receive your email address and message, and use them only to reply.
Your rights & choices
When the app launches you will be able to export your data as a file, or delete your account and all associated data, directly from Settings — no email required, no retention tricks. Residents of jurisdictions with privacy laws (such as GDPR and CCPA) have rights to access, correct, and delete their personal information; because Dial keeps your health data on your device, most of these rights are in your hands already.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be called out in the app.
